EVENTS

We care deeply about creating opportunities for dialogue and connection as we explore new ideas and new ways of being. To facilitate this, The Liturgists operate and maintain digital platforms for the community.

A HUMANIST PERSPECTIVE

WHAT IS A HUMANIST PERSPECTIVE?

This Thursday, we are starting a six week discussion group for those interested in finding community structures that are non-ideological. The discussion will be led by community member Joel Mongeon, and we will be talking about ways to connect and cooperate as fellow humans without needing to build all of it on ideology.  The group will meet in the Liturgists Studio Zoom room at 5 Pacific time on Thursdays for the next six weeks starting this Thursday, January 6. Hope to see you there!

Listener-Led Communities

These communities are set up and operated by listeners of The Liturgists Podcast.

The Liturgists Community on Facebook

This Facebook group is the largest collection of listeners outside of our official social media platforms. It has numerous offshoots centered around location and identity.

The Liturgists on Reddit

This dedicated subreddit is run by the same team that created the primary Facebook group. If Reddit is your preferred platform, this is a great place to connect.

The Liturgists on Slack

Originally created by The Liturgists, but now operated by a passionate community, The Liturgist Space on Slack may be the quirkiest and most interesting community of all.

THE LITURGISTS COMMUNITY

This digital community is set up and operated by the same team that creates our podcasts, events, and other experiences from The Liturgists.

Our focus is intentional, open, and supportive conversation. This is a place where you don’t have to have all the answers. Many people here have experienced trauma, are in recovery, or feel ostracized from family and friends. This is a supportive space to find connection and celebrate where you are in your personal journey.

This community has private forums for people of different marginalized identities as well as local forums for cities all over the world where you can connect with listeners who live nearby.

There are no ads, ad tracking, or data mining. Your personal information remains just that: personal. We’ll never sell or share the information you post here.
