We’re looking for an Associate Producer to help us continue to make media with broad cultural impact. This will not be an easy job--The Liturgists is a collaboration between artists, thinkers, and trend-setters who are all independent. You’re job is to become a cat herder, guiding and assembling a growing cast of contributors into producing episodes on time, and on budget.

You manage with graceful tenacity and utmost diplomacy when working with our contributors and guests. You also work with the Executive Producer and Managing Director on daily administrative duties and additional business development needs.
This is a perfect role for someone who has media experience “in the trenches” as an assistant or admin, and has thinks they have what it takes to move into a supervising role.

Self-guided and independent. We don’t have a lot of time to manage you--we expect you’ll come to us when issues arise. We also expect you to help define exactly what you’re role is, both now and over time.
Process-oriented. We’ve got artistic minds to spare. Our next phase of growth will involve someone whose creativity is expressed in production workflows and precise insights into how we can be most efficient with a crushing production schedule.
Pleasantly persistent. The ideal candidate will be able to remind us what we have to get done, by when, without giving up OR driving us mad.
